To reserve your appointment, a non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking.

We kindly request at least 7 days’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. With sufficient notice, your retainer may be transferred one time to a future appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice, or missed appointments, will result in the forfeiture of the retainer.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule if there is not enough time to complete the procedure safely. Cancellation policies may apply if the appointment cannot be completed.

Clients who miss their appointment without prior notice may forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a new deposit before scheduling a future appointment.
